In January of 2012 during a proactive joint investigation by the FBI and the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, 26 year old Christian Turcios was arrested for possessing images and videos of young children being sexually abused. Turcios is seen in the movies and pictures molesting the young boys. Turcios is a youth leader at a local church. There are numerous victims investigators are trying to identify. Turcios was arrested and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on 10 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Child Molestation and Sexual Conduct with a Minor.

In January of 2012 during a proactive investigation by the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (Phoenix Police) 52 year old John Landrum was arrested for possessing images and videos of young children being sexually abused. Landrum was arrested and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on 10 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

In November of 2011 during a proactive investigation by the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (Holbrook Police) 24 year old Patrick Barrow was arrested for possessing images and videos of young children being sexually abused. Barrow was arrested and booked into the Navajo County Jail on 10 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, and various drug charges.

In December of 2011 during a proactive investigation by the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (Phoenix Police) 45 year old Gene Leslie Provost was arrested for possessing images and videos of young children being sexually abused. Provost was arrested and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on 10 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, and possession of marijuana.

In November of 2011 during a proactive investigation by the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force  (Phoenix Police) 22 year old Preston Wonders was arrested for possessing images and videos of young children and toddlers being sexually abused. Wonders was arrested and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on 10 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
 
Wonders is being held on $65,000 bond.
In October of 2011 during a proactive investigation by the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force  (Phoenix Police) 39 year old Christopher Ralph Seybert was arrested for possessing images and videos of young children and toddlers being sexually abused. Seybert was arrested and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on 10 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
 
Seybert is being held on $100,000 bond.

 

In September of 2011 during a proactive investigation by the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (Phoenix Police) 32 year old Gabriel Fulton used the Internet to lure a minor for sexual exploitation. Gabriel was later arrested and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on 2 counts of Aggravated Sexual Luring of a Minor.

In August of 2011 during a proactive investigation by the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (Phoenix Police) 34 year old James Christopher Contreras was arrested for possessing images and videos of young children being sexually abused. In addition it was learned that Contreras also molested a young 10 year old child. Contreras was arrested and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on 10 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and several counts of child molestation.

During a proactive investigation members of the AZ ICAC Task Force developed probable cause that James Dykens II was trading images of child pornography.

With the assistance of Bullhead City Police Department, Dykens was arrested after a search warrant was conducted and discovered images of minor children engaged in various sex acts.

Dykens is being held on $500,000 bond.
