Wanted person: Kevin S. Martell - Felony Possession of Child Pornography

In 2006, Kevin S. Martell was charged with multiple counts of possession of child pornography in St. Albans, Vermont. He plead guilty to seven counts but failed to appear for sentencing.  On June 30, 2008 a warrant was issued for his arrest.

The Arizona Internet Crimes against Children Task Force and Phoenix Police Department are investigating a case involving Kevin S. Martell as a person of interest.  Martell was last seen in Phoenix on October 2009 using the name Daniel Levesque.  Martell has worked as a telemarketer.
