Arrested: Thomas Michael Daniels - Aggravated Luring of a Minor for Sexual Exploitation

On 12/17/09, a proactive Internet investigation began that led to Phoenix resident Thomas Michael Daniels. Daniels was arrested on 03/09/10 for the crimes of aggravated luring of a minor for sexual exploitation and furnishing harmful materials to a minor.  Daniels is 49 years old, unmarried and works with a septic tank maintenance business.

A search warrant was served on Daniels' Phoenix home and he was arrested at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport after returning from a business trip to Texas.  Evidence was seized and the case will be submitted to the Maricopa County Attorneys Office for charging.

Assisting in the investigation and arrest were detectives and special agents from the Arizona ICAC Task Force, Phoenix PD, ICE, USPIS, Glendale PD and Gilbert PD.
